All application materials, including the form submitted by a Nominating Athletic Trainer (AT), must be completed online and received by 11:59 pm CST on January 15. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered, so please plan ahead to ensure all elements of your application are submitted on time.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to confirm that all components are submitted by the deadline. Don’t wait until the last minute—start preparing today!
